Antidote Pink Gin -
Our Australian roots are part of our DNA so we couldn't leave out an all-time favourite, Australia's very own rosella flower.
The rosella flower can be found in the northern tropical parts of Australia and is vibrant in colour with a crisp, tart flavour. This makes it the perfect companion to its botanical friends.
On our global voyage of botanical discovery, we found that naturally infusing Butterfly Pea petals into our gin gives it a remarkable blue hue.
We also found that when mixing our visually stunning gin with its favourite friends: tonic water, lemon, or lime juice it changes colour from deep blue to blush pink.
Distilled with a blend of traditional ingredients, the flavour of juniper, native lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper berries, and sweet orange make for a long, refreshing finish.
Antidote Shiraz Gin -
Antidote's Shiraz Gin is made from McLaren Vale Shiraz grapes from the family estate. Handpicked & destemmed left to soak into locally distilled spirit for 30 days.
This Small-batch Gin is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives.
Antidote's Shiraz Gin displays great deep, rich, purple with a reddish hue. With fresh juniper notes followed by citrus then raspberry and a touch of spice.
The palate is beautifully balanced showing great depth in palate weight with McLaren Vale Shiraz mid-palate sweetness and spice characters.
Antidote Barrel Aged Gin -
Antidote's Wine Barrel Aged Gin displays red berry fruity notes with a hint of vanilla. Extracting many of the wine barrel hidden gems which creates great depth & character.
Full-bodied with hints of spice & vanilla.
The Barrels used are American Oak barrels that matured our McLaren Vale Shiraz for 2 years. The Gin has been barrel for 3 years.
This Small-batch Gin is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives.
Antidote Limoncello Liqueur -
Antidote's Limoncello lemon liqueur is made from a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation.
The lemons are sourced from our family estate combined with the best local ingredients.
Lemon zest is peeled by hand and soaked for 30 days in locally distilled spirit.
This Small-batch liqueur is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives.
Fragrance of Lemon sherbet, fresh, vibrant burst of citrus with a well-balanced sweetness. Best served chilled neat.
Antidote Orangecello Liqueur -
Antidote's Arancione Orange liqueur is made from a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation.
The Oranges are sourced from our family estate combined with the best local ingredients.
Orange zest is peeled by hand and soaked for 30 days in locally distilled spirit.
This Small batch liqueur is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives.

Antidote Espresso Liqueur -
Antidote's Espresso Coffee liqueur is made from a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation.
100% Arabica Coffee Beans are roasted locally in McLaren Vale. The Locally distilled spirit is cold dripped through the freshly roasted beans to give a smooth flavour extraction.
This Small batch liqueur is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives.
This Liqueur displays notes of espresso, vanilla, spice, caramel and toasted nuts.
It's enhanced by a generous well balanced finish.
Antidote Tawny -
Antidote's Tawny is made by the Solera process. Blended barrels are selected with the final blend having an average age of 20 years.
This gives great flavour consistency and Freahness.
The Barrels used are a mixture of American Oak, French Oak & Ex-Bourbon barrels.
This Small batch Tawny is hand made and hand bottled using a centuries-old process free from preservatives.
Intense fruit cake notes with hints of maple syrup & vanilla.

This means any of our customers that do not enjoy a product that they have recently purchased return their item for free, all you have to do is either email or message us via our socials.
McLaren Vale Cellars will then either swap your purchase for a product of your choice (for the same value as originally purchased) or give you a refund.

Once your message is received, McLaren Vale Cellars will email you a return Aust Post label to print and stick on the box. Please ensure to pack it well, so the bottles and liquid gold :) stays in one piece.
The last step.....take it to your friendly Aust post local and hand them the goods, give them an elbow high five and skip to your car (some of these steps may be optional, up to you).
Most importantly our process is 100% free to make your return. No cost to you, as we know you are going to love it.
Once received, McLaren Vale Cellars, will pack and post your replacement box or send you back your funds.
