Q1: How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please send an email to sales@mclarenvalecellars.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request - Your Order Number."

Include your order number and the method of payment in the email.
 

Q2: What is the deadline for order cancellations?
Our orders are processed every weekday morning and sent out at 9 am. To ensure we catch your cancellation in time, please submit your request before 8:30 am on the day of processing.

 

Q3: Can I cancel my order after the processing time? 
Cancellations can be processed after the orders have been dispatched. Unfortunately, a processing fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping charges incurred.  

Please ensure your cancellation request reaches us before our daily processing time.

 

Q4: What information should I include in my cancellation email? 
In your cancellation email, include your order number and the method of payment. Use the subject line "Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]" to help us identify and process your request promptly.

 

Q5: Will I receive a confirmation of my cancellation? 
Yes, once we process your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation within [timeframe], please contact our customer support.
