7 Day Money Back Guarantee - Terms and Conditions
Here at McLaren Vale Cellars we are all about our customers, if you're not happy, we’re not happy.
Therefore we have come up with a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.
We ask that you contact us within the 7-day period, once delivery has been received.
To be eligible, the customer must request a refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or lodge a notification via the sites 'resolution centre', within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once contacted our staff will send a free return label via email.
Print this label and stick it to the original packaging and drop it off at your local Aust Post office.
The McLaren Vale Cellars staff will respond with directions that must be adhered to.
Your refund will consist of, the products original price at the time of purchase, excluding any opened bottles corresponding to the original order.
- The 7 day period will begin, once the delivery has been received.
- The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of the refund request.
- Products are to be returned in the original packaging, and in such a condition where McLaren Vale Cellars should be able to resell the product. Any opened bottles or products with broken seals will be classed as non returnable/refundable.
We ask our customers to return the products, with the same level of care and service that we have provided.
McLaren Vale Cellars take no responsibility for lost or misplaced returns, by any courier or postal service involved with the return of the product.
Once McLaren Vale Cellars has received the returned product, a refund will be issued in the form of the customer’s original payment and a confirmation email will be sent.
The customer can expect the refund to be issued, within a few days of receiving the returned product.
McLaren Vale Cellars reserves the right to make changes to the above Terms and Conditions without notice.
When you are ordering please make sure you order the correct item.... If an order is a mistake and you would like a refund and not to swap over for a purchase from us we will deduct the original postage cost from the refund. so please double check. even give us a call if you are not sure.
