At McLaren Vale Cellars, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. We have partnered with Australia Post to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policy:

  1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within Australia only. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

  2. Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it the following business day around 9am. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We exclusively use Australia Post for shipping our products. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Metropolitan Areas: 2 - 6 business days
    • Regional Areas: 5 - 7 business days

    Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or peak holiday seasons. We strive to keep you informed of any significant delays that may affect your order.

  4. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders above $59. All other shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed during the checkout process.

  5. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website or via their app.

  6. Delivery Attempts and Signature: Australia Post will make multiple delivery attempts to deliver your package. If no one is available to receive the package, a collection notice will be left, and you can arrange for redelivery or pickup at your nearest Australia Post office. Alternatively, you can complete the delivery instructions for your package to be left in a safe place. Or download the Aust post app, to redirect your parcel or leave it in an Aust post parcel locker.
    It is possible for an order of more than one article, to have different delivery dates or times for each article.

  7. Wine Shipping Restrictions: Please note that there are legal restrictions on shipping wine to certain locations within Australia. We comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and process a refund for your order.

  8. Order Modifications and Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we may contact you to make changes to the shipping address or modify the order contents. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. Alternatively, please contact us on sales@mclarenvalecellars.com, if you have made a mistake with your order.

  9. Shipping Insurance: We take utmost care in packaging and securing your products for transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
