McLaren Vale Cellars will then either swap your purchase for a product of your choice (for the same value as originally purchased) or give you a refund.

Once your message is received, McLaren Vale Cellars will email you a return Aust Post label to print and stick on the box. Please ensure to pack it well, so the bottles and liquid gold :) stays in one piece.
The last step.....take it to your friendly Aust post local and hand them the goods, give them an elbow high five and skip to your car (some of these steps may be optional, up to you).
Most importantly our process is 100% free to make your return. No cost to you, as we know you are going to love it.
Once received, McLaren Vale Cellars, will pack and post your replacement box or send you back your funds.

Superb Drop
By: Noel on 15 December 2022I really rate THIS 2018 McLaren vale Shiraz, partly because the 2018 vintage is an exceptional year but I was also so impressed by its fullness, its big mouthfeel and its consistency. It is a no brainer to purchase wines of this class and excellence , coupled with the guarantee of quality wine through a brilliant return system, McLaren Vale cellars has truly nailed it.

A sad day - "Out of Stock"
By: John on 7 October 2022Came to purchase a few more of my favourite wine only to find it's "Out of Stock". I knew this day would come though, so I stocked up with a few cases. It's rare to find such a good wine at so low a price - low enough for my favourite wine to be quaffer. Full bodied, a bit sweet, and soft but mildly complex flavours. And no ill effects from preservatives or other chemicals ,which is critical to me. It's just the way I like my wine and McLaren Vale would rightly be very proud of this effort. If they can find a dozen more cases I'll happily buy them. Meanwhile the thrill of hunt begins anew.
