COLOUR
Deep plum with a vibrant deep purple hue.

AROMA
The aroma displays blackcurrant and ripe plum with nuances of liquorice, chocolate, cashew nut and hints of mint.

PALATE
Intense palate of blackcurrant, blueberry and plum with and hints of blackberry are balanced perfectly with a very savoury palate. Velvety and firm tannins with balanced lively acidity give life and length to the palate. Matured in a combination of new and seasoned French & American oak for 18 months, this Shiraz was selected by barrel classification and has great body and richness.

Enjoy now or cellar for up to ten years. Delicious with aged eye fillet served with porcini mash.
